Nihuta kogu p\u00e4evakava 10-15min iga 2-3 p\u00e4eva takka.  <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kui su pere igap\u00e4evane r\u00fctm v\u00f5imaldab, v\u00f5id hakata oma lapse uner\u00fctmi ettevalmistama juba enne kella keeramist. See aitab v\u00e4ltida suurt \u0161okki, kui kell juba keeratud on. Kui see aga v\u00f5imalik ei ole, alusta esimesel v\u00f5imalusel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>P\u00fc\u00fca last hommikul 10-15 minutit kauem voodis hoida.<\/strong> Hoia tuba pime, et soodustada rahulikku \u00e4rkamist ja loomulikku uner\u00fctmi pikendamist. Kui oled graafiku edukalt tund aega hilisemaks saanud, tee 2 n\u00e4dalat pausi ja siis v\u00f5id seda veelgi hilisemaks nihutada, kui soovid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Regulaarsus on v\u00f5tmet\u00e4htsusega <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kella keeramisele kohanemine on lihtsam, kui lapsel on regulaarne p\u00e4evakava. See t\u00e4hendab, et \u00e4rkamised ja uinakud toimuvad iga p\u00e4ev enam-v\u00e4hem samal ajal (pluss-miinus 15 minutit).
