Ja ehkki paljud vanemad arvavad, et see teema neid ei puuduta, n\u00e4eme n\u00f5ustamises sageli, et turvalise une juhiseid ei teate ning nende vastu eksitakse. K\u00f5ige sagedamini juhtub seda, et imik magab tekiga ja\/v\u00f5i teeb uinakuid diivanil. Miks on see probleem? Ja milline on beebi jaoks turvaline unease? Sellest postitusest leiad vastuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mis on imiku \u00e4kksurma s\u00fcndroom?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Imiku \u00e4kksurma s\u00fcndroom ehk h\u00e4llisurm (ingl. K. l\u00fchend SIDS) on 1 kuu kuni 1 aasta vanuse terve imiku \u00e4kiline ja ootamatu surm, millele ei eelnenud mingeid haigusn\u00e4hte ning mille p\u00f5hjus j\u00e4\u00e4b seletamatuks ka lahangul (Reet Raukas, <a href=\"http:\/\/kliinikum.ee\">kliinikum.ee<\/a>). S\u00fcndroomi esinemissagedus on 0,05% ehk 5 juhtu 10 000 s\u00fcnni kohta. K\u00f5ige sagedamini esineb h\u00e4llisurma 2\u20134-kuustel imikutel. Viimasel 3 k\u00fcmnendil on tehtud l\u00e4\u00e4neriikides suuri pingutusi (ja seda edukalt), et h\u00e4llisurmade arvu v\u00e4hendada, mist\u00f5ttu oleme j\u00f5udnud olukorda, kus v\u00e4hesed teavad isiklikult kedagi, kes on oma lapse sel viisil kaotanud. K\u00fcll aga v\u00f5ib see viia v\u00f5ltsturvatunde tekkimiseni, kus hakatakse taas kasutama ebaturvalisi praktikaid, sest ohtu enam ei tajuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuigi teadlased ei tea kindlalt, mis p\u00f5hjustab imiku \u00e4kksurma s\u00fcndroomi, on uuringute tulemustest l\u00e4htuvalt hetkel k\u00f5ige t\u00f5en\u00e4olisem seletus n\u00f6 kolmikohu mudel, mis \u00fctleb, et SIDS esineb kolme ohuteguri kokku langemisel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Haavatav imik<\/strong> &#8211; viimastel aastatel on leitud mitmeid biomarkereid (nt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelancet.com\/journals\/ebiom\/article\/PIIS2352-3964(22)00222-5\/fulltext\">austraallaste uurimus aastast 2022<\/a>), mis eristavad h\u00e4llisurma tagaj\u00e4rjel surnud imikuid tervetest imikutest ning loodetavasti tekib j\u00e4rgnevatel aastatel v\u00f5imalus beebisid nende markerite osas testida ja nii hoida \u00e4ra veelgi suuremat protsenti traagilistest surmadest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kriitiline arenguperiood<\/strong> &#8211; arvatakse, et vasts\u00fcndinu eas toimuvate tormiliste arengute t\u00f5ttu esineb esimesel 6 elukuul mitmeid nn kriitilisi arenguperioode, kus haavatavate imikute ajus v\u00f5ib veelgi suurema t\u00f5en\u00e4osusega tekkida hingamise v\u00f5i \u00e4rksuse regulatsiooni h\u00e4ire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>V\u00e4lised stressorid<\/strong> &#8211; on kindlaks tehtud teatud v\u00e4lised riskitegurid (nagu nt kokkupuude nikotiiniga, madal s\u00fcnnikaal, ebaturvaline voodi jagamine vanemaga, infektsioonid jne), mis suurendavad veelgi I\u00c4S\u2019i riski.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Kolmikuohu mudel \u00fctleb, et kui k\u00f5ik 3 faktorid satuvad \u00fchel ajahetkel kokku, st haavatav imik, kes on parasjagu kriitilises arenguperioodis, kogeb v\u00e4liseid stressoreid, v\u00f5ibki tulemuseks olla imiku \u00e4kiline ja ootamatu surm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selles postituses toon v\u00e4lja vaid unega seotud tegurid, kuid \u00fcldised juhised riskide maandamiseks on laiemad. Lisaks sellele muutuvad tekid ka v\u00e4ga ebapraktiliseks niipea, kui beebi end keerama ja p\u00f6\u00f6rama \u00f5pib.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Patju v\u00f5i positsioneerijaid<\/strong> &#8211; l\u00e4mbumisoht<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>V\u00f5repehmendusi<\/strong> (on vaid m\u00f5ned erandlikud olukorrad, aga sellest m\u00f5ni teine kord) &#8211; esineb nii l\u00e4mbumisoht (laps keerutab pehmenduse endale \u00fcmber kaela) kui ka kukkumisoht (end p\u00fcsti ajav laps v\u00f5ib kasutada v\u00f5repehmendust astmena ja ennast kogemata \u00fcle v\u00f5revoodi \u00e4\u00e4re venitada)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beebipesa<\/strong> (sobib vaid siis, kui vanem last kogu aja j\u00e4lgib) &#8211; beebi v\u00f5ib end nihverdada liiga l\u00e4hedale beebipesa servale, kus ta v\u00f5ib j\u00e4\u00e4da hapnikuvaegusesse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beebikiike v\u00f5i lamamistooli magamiseks<\/strong> &#8211; beebi l\u00f5ug vajub rinnakule ja tulemuseks v\u00f5ib olla l\u00e4mbumine une ajal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NB! Kui laps uinub turvah\u00e4llis, t\u00f5sta ta voodisse v\u00f5i tasasele pinnale magama niipea, kui v\u00f5imalik.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e4ga oluline on lapsevanemana meeles pidada, et see, kui mingit toodet lubatakse m\u00fc\u00fca, ei t\u00e4henda, et see toode on ohutu! Meenutagem kasv\u00f5i viimaste aastate seika, kus <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/baby-sleepers-recall-deaths-dangerous-1772650\">Fischer-Price kutsus tagasi k\u00f5ik oma beebikiiged<\/a>, kuna selles oli l\u00e4mbumise tagaj\u00e4rjel surnud v\u00e4idetavalt \u00fcle 100 imiku.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co-sleeping ehk beebiga koos magamine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Koos magamise ehk <em>co-sleeping<\/em>&#8216;u all m\u00f5istetakse igasugust lapsega samas ruumis magamist ning see ei t\u00e4henda tingimata \u00fches voodis magamist. Perevoodi t\u00e4hendab seda, et vanemad ja \u00fcks v\u00f5i mitu last magavad samas voodis v\u00f5i k\u00f5rvuti madratsitel. Kirjanduses ja artiklites kasutatakse neid termineid aga sageli s\u00fcnon\u00fc\u00fcmidena. Eestis kasutame sageli voodijagamiseks v\u00e4ljendit &#8220;kaisus magamine&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f5ik uuringud toetavad toa jagamise ehk lapsega \u00fches toas magamise kaitsvat m\u00f5ju. Vanematega \u00fches toas magamine v\u00e4hendab oluliselt imiku \u00e4kksurma riski, soodustab edukat imetamist ning aitab kiiresti reageerida imiku vajadustele.
