Kui \u00fctled: \u201cJah, beebi magab nagu kulda\u201d, p\u00e4\u00e4sed ilmselt edasisest uudistamisest (isegi kui olukord tegelikult nii ei ole), kuid vastates \u201cei, ega ei maga k\u00fcll\u201d, ootab Sind ilmselt ees terve jada abistavana m\u00f5eldud n\u00f5uandeid, kuidas asjade seisu parandada. Sellised n\u00f5uanded on sageli siirad ning hoolivad, kuid paljud neist on tegelikult teadusele vastur\u00e4\u00e4kivad ning halvimal juhul lausa kahjulikud. Kui Sul ei ole varasemaid teadmisi  <a href=\"https:\/\/unehaldjas.ee\/ru\/vastsundinu\/\">vasts\u00fcndinu unest<\/a>, on kerge n\u00f5uannete virr-varris segadusse sattuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e4rgnevalt olemegi v\u00e4lja toonud 5 k\u00f5ige enam levinud unen\u00f5uannet, mis tegelikkuses on aga kas lihtsalt kasutud ja v\u00e4\u00e4rad v\u00f5i lausa kahjulikud Sinu lapse unele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00fc\u00fct #1: Lase beebil valges magada, et ta \u00f6\u00f6l ja p\u00e4eval vahet teeks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>See l\u00e4henemine v\u00f5ib beebi esimesel 3-4 elun\u00e4dalal k\u00fcll toimida, kuid \u00fcldiselt soovitame vastupidist &#8211; beebi tuba v\u00f5iks olla pimendatud nii uinakute kui \u00f6\u00f6une v\u00e4ltel. \u00dchelt poolt aitab pime tuba beebil rahuneda ja uinuda, sest tal on kergem end \u00fcmbritsevaid stiimuleid v\u00e4lja l\u00fclitada. Seda ei tohiks aga segi ajada iseseisvalt magama j\u00e4\u00e4misega! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iseseisev uinumine on midagi, mida paljud imikud juba vahetult p\u00e4rast s\u00fcndimist suudavad. Eriti, kui nad ei ole ala- ega \u00fclev\u00e4sinud ning nende k\u00f5ht on magama minnes t\u00e4is. Kuid kui vasts\u00fcndinu nutma hakkab, vajab ta peaaegu alati mingisugust v\u00e4list abi selleks, et uuesti rahuneda. V\u00f5ib-olla piisab sellest, kui asetad k\u00e4e beebi rinnale v\u00f5i seljale, et kergelt patsutades beebi maha rahustada. Teinekord v\u00f5ib ta aga vajada rahunemiseks rohkem l\u00e4hedust, ringi k\u00f5ndimist v\u00f5i kerget kiigutamist. <a href=\"https:\/\/unehaldjas.ee\/ru\/vastsundinu\/\">Vasts\u00fcndinu une seminaril<\/a> jagama rohkelt praktilisi n\u00f5uandeid, kuidas beebit uneks ette valmistada ja tuvustame meetodeid, millega aidata vasts\u00fcndinul uinuda, isegi kui ta on \u00fclev\u00e4sinud ja rahutu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00f5ime iseseisvalt rahuneda hakkab arenema umbes 5.-6.-kuuselt. Enne seda v\u00f5ib eeldada, et beebi vajab rahunemiseks v\u00e4list abi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00fc\u00fct #3: Hoia last p\u00e4eval kauem \u00fcleval, et ta \u00f6\u00f6sel paremini magaks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Paraku ei t\u00f6\u00f6ta see l\u00e4henemine peaaegu kunagi, vaid muudab olukorra hoopis hullemaks! Kui beebi on uinakute vahel liiga kaua \u00e4rkvel, v\u00e4sib ta liigselt \u00e4ra. \u00dclev\u00e4simus aga p\u00f5hjustab k\u00f5rgendatud stressihormoonide taset, mis muudab uinumise ja pikalt magamise veelgi keerulisemaks. Sageli kaasneb sellega ka tusatuju ja palju nuttu. Seega viib p\u00e4evaune liigne piiramine ja beebi liiga pikalt \u00fcleval hoidmine enamasti veelgi sagedasemate \u00f6iste \u00e4rkamiste, l\u00fchikeste uinakute ja varahommikuse virgumiseni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eakohaste \u00e4rkvelolekuaegade j\u00e4rgimine ja regulaarsed uinakud p\u00e4eval on eelduseks kosutavale ja pikale \u00f6\u00f6unele &#8211; seda igas vanuses! \u00dclev\u00e4simusest tingitud unemured ei k\u00fcsi, kas laps on 4 n\u00e4dalat, 4 kuud v\u00f5i 4 aastat vana! Seep\u00e4rast p\u00f6\u00f6rame n\u00f5ustamises v\u00e4ga suurt t\u00e4helepanu eakohase p\u00e4evar\u00fctmi kujundamisele ning oleme vanemate jaoks v\u00e4lja t\u00f6\u00f6tanud ka <a href=\"https:\/\/unehaldjas.ee\/ru\/paevakava-kursus\/\">Puhanud P\u00f5nni P\u00e4evakavad veebikursuse<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00fc\u00fct #4: Toida imikut iga 4 tunni tagant, et ta paremini magaks!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vasts\u00fcndinute magu on v\u00e4ga v\u00e4ike, mist\u00f5ttu peavad nad regulaarselt s\u00f6\u00f6ma. Beebi esimestel elup\u00e4evadel\/n\u00e4dalatel on k\u00f5ige kindlam viis tagada lapsele vajalik kaloraa\u017e toita beebit vastavalt tema n\u00f5udmisele. Enamasti t\u00e4hendab see s\u00f6\u00f6tmist iga 2-3 tunni takka. Beebi esimese paari n\u00e4dala jooksul soovitaksin p\u00e4evasel ajal (7.00-22.00) beebit <em>v\u00e4hemalt<\/em> iga 3 tunni tagant toita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>See t\u00e4hendab, et vajadusel tuleb beebi iga 3 tunni tagant s\u00f6\u00f6miseks \u00e4ratada, kui ta seda ise ei tee. Niiviisi saab beebi suurema osa \u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4evasest kaloraa\u017eist k\u00e4tte p\u00e4eval, mis aitab tal \u00f6\u00f6sel toitmiste vahel pikemalt magada (ajal, mil ka Sina magada tahad!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samas on sageli v\u00e4ga raske aru saada, millal laps on n\u00e4ljane ja millal v\u00e4sinud, sest beebi n\u00e4lja- ja v\u00e4simusem\u00e4rgid v\u00f5ivad olla \u00e4revahetamiseni sarnased. Seep\u00e4rast v\u00f5ib n\u00f5udmisel toitmine m\u00f5nikord viia hoopis \u00fcles\u00f6\u00f6tmisest tingitud seedeprobleemideni ja \u00fclev\u00e4sinud beebini, kes aina v\u00e4hem magab ja rohkem nutab (ning n\u00e4iliselt aina sagedamini s\u00fc\u00fca n\u00f5uab). Siinkohal on j\u00e4llegi abiks eakohaste \u00e4rkvelolekuaegade j\u00e4lgimine, et oskaksid beebi signaale paremini t\u00f5lgendada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siinkohal olgu \u00f6eldud, et kui kahtlustad, et laps ei saa rinnast piisavalt s\u00fc\u00fca, p\u00f6\u00f6rdu kindlasti abi saamiseks imetamisn\u00f5ustaja poole (nt Unehaldjas Eliana t\u00f6\u00f6tab ka <a href=\"https:\/\/doulaeliana.ee\/\">imetamisn\u00f5ustajana<\/a>).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00fc\u00fct #5: \u201cMul magas laps juba 2-kuuselt terve \u00f6\u00f6 l\u00e4bi.
